Chairman Moody called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. It was noted that LB898
dealing with Open Meeting Laws was duly posted. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all
present.
Motion by Bolling and Seconded by Teadtke to approve the agenda. RCV: Teadtke-aye,
Flyinghawk-aye, Paulsen-aye, Bolling-aye, Moody-aye. Adema-absent. Motion
Approved.
Motion by Teadtke and seconded by Flyinghawk to approve the minutes from the
regular meeting held on November 13, 2023. RCV: Flyinghawk-aye, Paulsen-aye,
Bolling-aye, Moody-aye, Teadtke-aye. Adema-absent. Motion Approved.
The following bills were presented.
Motion by Bolling and seconded by Flyinghawk to approve the bills as presented. RCV:
Paulsen-aye, Bolling-aye, Moody-aye Teadtke-aye, Flyinghawk-aye. Adema-absent.
Motion Approved.
The financial report was presented. Motion by Teadtke and seconded by Bolling to
approve the financial report. RCV: Bolling-aye, Moody-aye Teadtke-aye, Flyinghawk-
aye, Paulsen-aye. Adema-absent. Motion Approved.
Motion by Flyinghawk and seconded by Teadtke to approve the contract to Allyssa
Ruda as a math teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. RCV: Teadtke-aye, Flyinghawk-
aye, Paulsen-aye, Bolling-aye, Moody-aye. Adema-absent. Motion Approved.
Motion by Flyinghawk and seconded by Bolling to accept and approve the Rule 10
report as presented for the 2022-2023 school year. RCV: Flyinghawk-aye, Paulsen-aye,
Bolling-aye, Moody-aye, Teadtke-aye. Adema-absent. Motion Approved.
Transportation purchases were tabled.

Motion by Bolling and seconded by Flyinghawk to authorize Margaret Sandoz,
Superintendent as the authorized 2024-2025 state and federal program director. RCV:
Paulsen-aye, Bolling-aye, Moody-aye Teadtke-aye, Flyinghawk-aye. Adema-absent.
Motion Approved.
Motion by Flyinghawk and seconded by Teadtke to approve the transfer of the Gus
Ruzicka Scholarship fund to Niobrara Alumni Association. RCV: Teadtke-aye,
Flyinghawk-aye, Paulsen-aye, Bolling-aye, Moody-aye. Adema-absent. Motion
Approved.
Administrative reports were given.
The next meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was
adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
