MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING
May 13, 2019

Chairman Kemp called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. It was noted that LB898 dealing with Open Meeting Laws was duly posted. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
Motion by Adema and seconded by Stark to approve the minutes with correction from the regular meeting held on April 8, 2019. RCV: Adema-aye, Moody-aye, Holz-aye, Klug-aye, Stark-aye, Kemp-aye. Motion approved.
Motion by Stark and seconded by Klug to approve the bills as presented. RCV: Moody-aye, Holz-aye, Klug-aye, Stark- aye, Kemp-aye, Adema-aye. Motion approved.
The financial report was presented. Motion by Adema and seconded by Moody to approve the financial report. RCV: Holz-aye, Klug-aye, Stark-aye, Kemp-aye, Adema-aye, Moody-aye. Motion approved.
Motion by Stark and seconded by Klug to accept and approve the calendar for 2019-2020 school year with the understanding that changes may occur throughout the year for various reasons. RCV: Klug-aye, Stark-aye, Kemp-aye, Adema-aye, Moody-aye, Holz-aye. Motion approved.
Motion by Stark and seconded by Moody to accept the Rule 10 review document completed by Ken Navratil as evidence of compliance for the 2018-2019 school year. RCV: Holz-aye, Klug-aye, Stark-aye, Kemp-aye, Adema-aye, Moody-aye. Motion approved.
Jaime Guenther and Wanda DeKay gave the teacher reports.
Angie Guenther gave the Principal’s report.
Margaret Sandoz gave the Superintendent’s report.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2019. The meeting was adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
